    Electric screw jack system Introduction:
    Electric screw jack system is a mechatronic motion execution unit that cleverly combines the motor, reducer, bevel gearbox, and worm gear screw jack through couplings, connecting rods, etc. It can realize the linkage use of multiple worm gear screw jacks, and can meet the requirements of multiple stable, synchronous, reciprocating lifting, and also realize
     flip movement.

                                               
    Advantage of electric screw jack system:
    1) Compact structure.
    (2) Small volume, light weight, wide range of power sources.
    (3) No noise, easy installation, flexible use and multiple functions.
    (4) There are many types of layouts, high reliability and long service life.
    (5) Simple structure, easy processing, low cost, large transmission axial force, self-locking, high positioning accuracy.

    How to use the electric screw jack system correctly?
    (1): According to the type of worm gear screw jacks selected by the customer, make site preparations.

     For worm gear screw jack with translating screw movement, the installation space for the protective tube needs to be reserved on site according to the length of the    protective tube (can be adopted with deep excavation or welded steel bracket structure). As shown in Figure 1
          
    (2): Keep the center height of each unit the same
     According to the customer's choice of worm gear screw jack, bevel gearbox, and motor, determine the difference between the center height of each unit, then select the appropriate backing plate according to the difference, and make sure that the input shafts and output shafts are at the same level.   As shown in Figure 2

    (3): Ensure the coaxiality of each input and output shaft

     When using couplings and connecting rods to connect each unit, the coaxiality should be calibrated, and there should be no tilting, stiffer, etc.When the flexible coupling is connected, the floating amount shall not exceed the allowable range of the coupling, ensure the geometric tolerance of each installation connection when a rigid connection.
    (4): Ensure the horizontal position of each mounting surface
     During the worm gear screw jack installation, should ensure the absolute vertical of the screw jack and the mounting surface, external lateral force upon screw jack is prohibited, the lifting screw is only subjected to axial forces.

     (5): Support platform installation
    Before installing the electric screw jack system, the mounting surface of the screw (or the nut mounting surface) should be adjusted to the same horizontal height, and the mounting surface should also be kept horizontal,while the mounting holes of the screw head (or the nut mounting holes) should be adjusted to the position aligned with the mounting holes of the supporting platform before installing the supporting platform.
    (6): When installation the housing of screw jack, we should consider the worm gear housing under the static load and impact load of the housing rigidity, reasonable installation, avoid the body mounting holes for a damaged.
    (7): Guiding device installation
    When installing the electric screw jack system, the guide device should be reasonably installed according to the requirements of the site working conditions to ensure that no radial force can be applied to the screw, and the direction of movement of the guide device should be parallel to the direction of movement of the screw.

    (8): Motor installation
    When installing the motor, be sure to ensure the stability of the installation position and avoid excessive motor vibration during use.
    (9): Installation direction and steering determination
    Before installing the worm gear screw jack, bevel gearbox, and reducer, check the steering of the input and output shafts. After confirming the steering, they can be installed. Ensure that the electric screw jack system is raised and lowered synchronously. 

    (10): Check the deviation dimensions of each axis before connecting the equipment
    Before assembling the worm gear screw jacks with the drive source and equipment, the deviation size of each shaft diameter, bore diameter, key and keyway should be checked to avoid over-tightening the assembly to damage the bearings and over-loose to affect the power transmission.
    (11): Preparation and inspection before trial operation
    Before running the electric screw jack system, please check whether the connections are firm, check the lubrication of each lubrication position, make sure the worm gear screw jacks' housing has been filled with lubricant or grease, and make sure the lifting screw has been greased. 
    (12): Trial run process
    During the trial operation of the electric screw jack system, the load should be increased sequentially until it reaches the load required by the customer, and it is strictly forbidden to directly load to full load. If abnormal conditions are encountered during the trial run, the operation should be stopped immediately to check the problem problems, and then run again after ensuring normal.
