Heavy-duty Machine Screw Jacks

This solution is completed by two 150-ton heavy-duty machine screw jacks, each jack dynamic load up to 120-ton and the system can lift 240-ton dynamic load. The two machine screw jacks have a span of 4m and are driven by a 22kw three-phase asynchronous motor in the middle, the torque is transmitted to the machine screw jacks on both sides through a reducer and universal joint coupling, and the lifting speed is 80 mm/min. The universal joint coupling is a telescopic type, allowing a proper amount of angle and height deviation between the mounting surfaces, which is convenient for finding a balanced installation. The machine screw jack has an outer diameter of 200mm and a tooth pitch of 25 mm, and can be self-locking.
